Uganda Wildlife Safaris invites one hunter to Uganda for a 12-day, with 10-hunting days, 1x1 guided hunt for Sitatunga. Uganda is endowed with an extraordinary variety of specialty game, promises an unforgettable and highly satisfying hunting experience. Uganda Wildlife Safairis pursuit of the elusive ghost of the swamp, the Sitatunga, will lead you to the Kafu River Basin and the papyrus belt along the banks of the river Nile. Their areas boast the highest density of Sitatunga found anywhere in Africa. It is not uncommon to see between 7 to 25 Sitatunga (males, females & young ones) daily during your safari. Included are accommodations, meals, 1x1 guide service, one best available Sitatunga, ground transportation during the hunt, ground transportation to/from airport, and field prep. Not included are before/after hunt expenses, license ($7,000), firearm permit, trophy fees for one Sitatunga ($7,500), dipping, packing/shipping and gratuities.
